D. Aurelii Augustini Hippon. Episcopi, Ad 3.M.S.S. Exemp. Emendati Opera et studio R.P. H. Sommalii E Societate IESU, circa 1647
A leather-bound 17th century imprint, a particularly rare book among several Latin and vernacular editions of Augustine's Meditations, Soliloquies and handprinted in the sixteenth/seventeenth centuries throughout Europe. Despite their popularity (or perhaps because of their popularity, and use by the faithful), few copies have survived.
