An infusion of (filtered water, organic ginger root, organic turmeric root, organic lemongrass), organic cane sugar, organic lemon juice concentrate.
Turmeric Ginger Latte
1. Mix 1 part Turmeric Ginger Chai and 1 part milk of choice in a steamer or saucepan (we enjoy whole cow's milk and cashew milk)
2. Heat using an espresso machine steam wand or bring saucepan to a simmer on stovetop, stirring occasionally
3. Remove from heat and enjoy!
For a refreshing iced latte, skip the heat and pour chai/milk mixture over ice.
Turmeric Ginger Tonic
1. Mix 1 part Turmeric Ginger Chai and 1 part sparkling water
2. Pour over ice; stir well
3. Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh tarragon for an interesting anise element
